Walking doesn't need to hurt. Recover, build an efficient stride and feel steady over any terrain with Therapeutic Yoga. Sarah will evaluate your gait style, give home exercises to improve gait and for walking recovery. This workshop concludes with a group walk to Evanston's lovely Rose Garden.

About the event

Your joints need the right balance of stability and mobility for walking to not hurt.  This therapeutic yoga class will focus on the cues and poses to fit your body and your walking style. Your knees, hips, feet and back will thank you!

This workshop is live in person and live virtually via zoom. REGISTER HERE FOR ATTENDING LIVE IN PERSON, LIVE VIRTUALLY OR FOR THE RECORDING (if you cannot attend live).

The cost of this workshop is $40 (sliding scale available).
