Therapeutic Group Yoga Class

Service Description

Find peace, relief and new hope with this very gentle yoga class. Sarah customizes each class to meet the pace of your injuries or conditions. This in-person class is limited to 5 students for lots of hands-on adjustments, and sequences appropriate for your needs. Pre-registration to classes at least one week in advance (preferred, but not required) gives Sarah more time to customize the sequence to your specific needs. To register, students must meet ONE or more of the following criteria: • Attended a minimum of two of Sarah’s prior Monday Therapeutic Yoga classes • Be a current or former weekly private client • Have completed a Body Mapping (Posture & Movement Analysis) • Have had at least one private session.
