Sarah cut her teeth with the most complicated cases in Yoga Therapy: Scoliosis. With thousands of clinical hours mapping and correcting curves, no one has a sharper eye for understanding the postural and movement complexity of scoliosis.

Sarah is a certified Yoga for Osteoporosis practitioner using Dr. Fishman's three series of poses to safely reverse bone loss, strengthen balance and improve posture.
