Sarah will tailor the practice each week to help your body feel safe enough to leave fight or flight protectiveness behind. As your body learns to trust again, it can ditch the slower metabolism, brain fog and anxiety. Your energy will bloom and grow spontaneously.
This course will teach you:
Simple nervous system resets to exit fight or flight mode.
Breathing resets to halt anxiety before it gets out of hand
Yoga poses that cultivate inner power and the courage to reach out
Somatic movements that help you release high tension areas (neck & shoulders, hips, eyes and jaw)
This course is appropriate for ALL LEVELS.
If you cannot attend all 4 sessions, know that each class is recorded. You will have access to the recordings for 6 months.
