600 square feet is perfect for small group classes and one on one privates.

Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, resistance bands, bolsters, yoga straps.

Natural light, stained glass and lush plants create an inviting space.

Swedish ladder for scoliosis. Yoga sling for traction and inversions. Mirror behind the swedish ladder helps students find their correct alignment.

The large full length mirrors are moveable so students can see their front back and side views simultaneously. The skeleton model offers useful demonstrations of spinal curve patterns and simple joint movements.

Large rug centered in 600 sq ft yoga studio with windows and natural light.
