These slow, floor-based sessions use rhythmic breathing, non-habitual movement patterns, and guided somatic exploration to reset and reorganize your system to a more stable baseline.

 

This is especially helpful during periods of acute stress, pain flare-ups, emotional overload, or when you feel “stuck” in your body or mind.

 

The goal is regulation, clarity, and grounding.
