This floor based stretch session is all about letting go into deep relaxation. It's important for the body to experience this on a regular basis to build a reservoir of resilience. Release built up tension and stress that tends to get stuck in the hips, feet, neck and shoulders.
This in-person session improves range of motion safely, opens up space in the body for deeper breathing and ends with a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Rediscover how good your body can feel.
