Body Mapping
Your Unique Topography
A Posture and Movement Analysis is a topographical roadmap that helps both you and me understand why you have pain or loss of function.

Your Unique Movement Patterns
Everybody moves too easily in some areas (this man's low back overarches), which can lead to compression, pain or injury. Body mapping helps you see, then feel how to move in a balanced way.

Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a series of alternating rotations, and lateral shifts with either exaggerated kyphosis and lordosis or a very flat spine. Scoliosis can affect the pelvic and head position. Because of the variance and complexity, it is crucial to map out these curve patterns and exercise, sit and sleep appropriately for your unique scoliosis.

Subtle but Crucial Structure
Up to 50% of the poulation has hip structure that makes some poses easy and some poses almost impossible. Rather than forcing the pose, I give you safer alternatives.

Early Warning Signs
Even younger folks have movement patterns that reveal a genetic inheritance, like a tendency towards kyphosis in this woman's upper back. Learn how to rein in areas that move too much and encourage stretching where you actually need it.

Your Injuries Mapped
Injuries often make sense once the structure (bones in relationship to another), movement patterns (relative flexibility), and prolonged or repeated positions are mapped out. We will go over your entire history, covering injuries, surgeries, work demands and activities. Simple changes, basic exercises and revised breathing habits can redraw your body map.
