Service Description
Find peace, relief and new hope with this very gentle yoga class. Sarah customizes each class to meet the pace each student's injuries or conditions. This in-person class is limited to 5 students for lots of hands-on adjustments, your own individualized sequence, with time to move and explore at your pace.

Cancellation Policy
General Policies All services are provided by Yoga Therapy with Sarah at Heartwood in Evanston, Illinois. By booking a class or session, you agree to these policies. Group Class Policies Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your group class up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in: Loss of the class credit (for class packs), OR A charge for the full class rate (for single-class purchases), OR A marked “used class” for members on unlimited plans. Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Out of respect for all students, late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started. Private Session Policies 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Session Length: Private yoga therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. Medical Information: Clients are responsible for updating Sarah with any relevant health conditions, medication changes, or physician recommendations. Membership & Package Policies: Membership Activation: Memberships begin on the purchase date. Auto-Renew: Memberships renew automatically every month unless cancelled. Cancellation of Membership: You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations made mid-cycle do not receive partial refunds; you will retain access until your billing period ends. Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable: Memberships and packages cannot be transferred to other students and are non-refundable.
