Every Student Deserves Their Own Practice

Sarah Westbrook is a highly skilled Yoga Therapist specialized in customizing yoga practices to meet unique needs. No matter what your history, pain pattern or trauma, she can adapt the yoga so it works for you. Sarah has over 7000 hours of clinical experience and over 2500 hours of professional training.

Sarah is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).*

This yoga class is for the student who wants to feel steady and strong for whatever life hands them. Become a confident mover!  A high functioning core improves breathing, reduces muscle tension and automatically centers you. Emphasis on balance, safe spinal alignment and happier joints.
